Camp Hill, Pa.-based IPA 300 firm Boyer & Ritter LLC (FY23 net revenue of $20.7 million) has laid out a leadership transition plan that will disperse its CEO responsibilities to a management team.
The new management team will consist of the chair of the executive committee, Tom Taricani; COO Lisa Myers; two chief growth officers, Matt Wildasin and Jay Goldman; and a new MP position to be the face of the firm in the business community. Myers will assume that MP role on July 1, 2024.
“As we prepare for this next chapter, I’m confident that our strategic leadership transition will only further our commitment to excellence and ensure we continue to deliver nothing but the best to our clients,” says Robert Murphy, who has served as CEO for the past 15 years and will now oversee the transition. “We have always advised our clients on the importance of forward-thinking succession planning; now, we are setting an example by strategically transitioning our leadership to safeguard our firm’s future and ensure the continued excellence of our services.”
