Dayton, Ohio-based IPA 200 firm Brady Ware & Company (FY22 net revenue of $29.4 million) has named Anita Anand as its new managing director. In taking over leadership of the firm, she succeeds co-CEOs Brian Carr and Jim Kaiser, who will transition into client-focused and leadership advisory roles.
“For over 16 years, it’s been an honor to lead Brady Ware,” says Carr. “But to leave it in the hands of Anita and the board of directors is a tremendously positive situation for our clients, our firm and the opportunities ahead.”
Anand joined Brady Ware in 2016, focusing primarily on federal, state, local and international tax clientele. In addition to her role as managing director, she will continue to serve domestic and international companies across a broad range of industries, including renewable energy, real estate, technology and manufacturing.
“The reasons I joined Brady Ware are the same reasons I am excited about my role as managing director,” she says. “We have tremendous people, talent and opportunity to continue to help shape our client’s successes. To be entrusted with that as well as helping expand on the opportunities ahead for Brady Ware growth is something I look forward to leading.”
