Princeton, N.J.-based WithumSmith+Brown (FY23 net revenue of $519.8 million), an IPA 100 firm, has announced that the firm is expanding its national footprint through the acquisition of two practices in Baltimore.
The first practice includes the specialized health care assurance and risk consulting practice of TMDG. The second is a traditional tax and audit practice, serviced out of the Baltimore location of IPA 100 firm PBMares (FY 22 net revenue of 68.5 million), based in Newport News, Va. Both practices will take on the Withum name as of Aug. 1, and will remain in their current Baltimore office location.
The partners who will lead the new Withum office include Matt Dubnansky, Tim Heller and Todd Levey.
