Fairfield, N.J.-based Smolin Lupin & Co. (FY23 net revenue of $27 million) has announced that managing member Ted Dudek is stepping down after 20 years at the helm. Going forward, the firm’s management structure will consist of Paul Fried as CEO and Sal Bursese as COO.
“[Ted’s] involvement in both the daily operations and the strategic vision of the firm has been key to Smolin’s success,” says Fried.
“[Paul and Sal’s] experience within Smolin and in public accounting have provided them with solid foundations that will allow them to excel in their new roles,” says Dudek.
