The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) has named Amy Williams as its new chief operating officer.
Williams has over 28 years of executive-level experience working in association management. In her most recent role, she led in a consulting capacity, providing several associations with strategic guidance, effective governance, volunteer development and operational excellence.
“Amy has extensive non-profit and association management experience, and is a passionate leader in the diversity, equity and inclusion space,” says NYSSCPA CEO Calvin Harris Jr. “I look forward to her much-needed breath of fresh air and creative new ideas.”
