Akron, Ohio-based IPA 200 firm Bober Markey Fedorovich (BMF) (FY21 net revenue of $22.1 million) has admitted Melissa Dunham and James Skakun to its partnership.
Dunham has nearly two decades of experience with the firm, specializing in corporate tax returns and tax planning strategies for various entities including C corporations, S corporations, partnerships and LLCs.
Skakun began his career with BMF in 2011, working with private companies operating in multiple states on a variety of tax matters. He also works with the firm’s transaction advisory services practice on tax due diligence projects by assisting with tax structuring, identifying potential issues and exposures, and planning for potential opportunities.
