IPA 100 firm Eide Bailly (FY22 net revenue of $532.8 million) is merging in King & Oliason PLLC of Seattle.
Founded in 1990, King & Oliason specializes in tax consulting and tax return preparation for high-net-worth individuals, non-profit organizations and closely held businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. When the deal closes on July 17, six partners and 33 staff members will join the Eide Bailly team in the firm’s first office in Seattle.
