Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY21 net revenue of $170.8 million) is merging in Gomerdinger & Associates LLC of Greenwood Village, Colo.
Founded in 2002, Gomerdinger & Associates offers a wide range of services to individual and business clients spanning financial advisory, tax and assurance. When the deal becomes effective on July 1, tax lead partner Cindy Gomerdinger and more than 12 professionals will join the Aprio team, with the Gomerdinger office becoming part of Aprio’s West region, led by West Coast regional leader Tom Neff.
