Pittsburgh-based IPA 100 firm Schneider Downs & Co. Inc. (FY21 net revenue of $103.4 million) is expanding its consulting and business advisory practice with the addition of five strategic and transaction advisory consultants from boutique consulting firm Springer Lawson & Associates (SLA) of Reston, Va.
Joining the Schneider Downs team as part of the deal are SLA co-founders Tom Springer and Stuart Lawson, along with Christine Marshall, Rebecca Talley and Timothy “Wayne” Pigott. It is a group that brings experience in creating and selling business entities, managing M&A and restructuring and managing workforces.
