Chicago-based IPA 100 firm RSM US LLP (FY22 net revenue of $3.31 billion) is acquiring human capital management technology consulting firm Wise Consulting Associates of Timonium, Md.
Founded in 1996, Wise Consulting provides human capital technology solutions and ongoing payroll services to a variety of clients. The deal adds Wise president and CEO Steve Grem, practice leaders Jennifer Southworth, Marta Williams and Lorry Twisdale, and more than 100 human capital technology implementation and support consultants, payroll service providers and support staff to the RSM team. The Wise Consulting group will operate as a wholly owned independent operating subsidiary of RSM until transitioning to RSM’s systems in late fall.
