Long Beach, Calif.-based Windes has brought on Tracy Kapteyn to serve as the firm’s chief growth officer. In this newly created role, Kapteyn will be tasked with increasing earnings through a combination of research, strategic planning, collaborations and new firm initiatives.
Kapteyn has more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in a variety of industries. As the EVP of marketing at a financial services education and training firm prior to joining Windes, she was responsible for developing a unified brand for the business, driving marketing innovations, sales enablement and growth.
