Brentwood, Tenn.-based IPA 100 firm LBMC PC (FY22 net revenue of $177.9 million) has announced several leadership changes at LBMC W Squared LLC, its outsourced accounting affiliate company. The new team includes Chris Morgan as CEO, Michael Smith as senior VP of accounting systems and implementations, and Mandy Kennedy as VP of operations. The firm also announced that LBMC W Squared founder Tammy Wolcott will continue to serve in an advisory role for the company and will continue to serve as CEO of LBMC Procurement Solutions.
Morgan joined W Squared in 2006, serving at various times as client CFO, controller, implementation specialist and accountant. Prior to stepping into the CEO role, he served as COO, overseeing day-to-day operations, client relationships and team member success. He also played a key role in the firm’s merger with LBMC in 2017, maintaining a streamlined approach across the combined companies’ book of business.
