LaCrosse, Wis.-based IPA 200 firm Hawkins Ash CPAs LLP (FY21 net revenue of $24.5 million) has admitted Lisa Cribben to its partnership, where she will lead the valuation services group, focusing on valuation, transaction advisory, business transition planning and litigation services.
Cribben has more than 25 years of experience working with companies on their valuation and business sale and purchase transaction needs, spanning industries including health care, technology, manufacturing, agriculture, retail and construction. She also has experience testifying in court on valuation and other financial matters.
