Goldman
Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Sax LLP (FY21 net revenue of $55.5 million) has admitted Lisa Goldman as a partner to lead its international tax practice.
Goldman has more than 25 years of experience, specializing in international taxation services for high-net-worth global business leaders and multi-generational families. Lisa regularly structures the holdings and transactions in non-U.S. corporations, trusts, estates and other entities, including private companies, alternative asset classes, real estate and cryptocurrency.
“International tax is a highly specialized area, and Sax is rapidly expanding its services in the global market such as through cross-border transactions,” says CEO and MP Joseph Damiano. “Lisa is a recognized industry leader who brings a wealth of experience and expertise in this area.”
