Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Sax LLP (FY21 net revenue of $55.5 million) has admitted Richard Goldstein as a partner to lead its state and local tax (SALT) practice.
Goldstein has more than 30 years of experience working with personal and business state and local tax matters impacting individuals, partnerships, corporations and trusts. He focuses on state and local tax consulting, compliance and tax controversy, including audit defense, tax appeals and voluntary disclosures. He also has experience with state and local personal income tax, sales and use tax, passthrough entity tax, real estate transfer tax, unincorporated business tax, commercial rent and occupancy taxes, hotel occupancy tax, corporation income and franchise taxes, gross receipts tax and others.
