Shepulski
Princeton, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Withum (FY22 net revenue of $425.3 million) has named partner Jay Shepulski as national leader of its private equity practice.
Shepulski has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and public accounting. He previously led Withum’s SPAC practice and specializes in leading engagements that provide consulting, audit and tax services to middle-market companies and investment firms across various industry sectors.
