Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Sax LLP (FY21 net revenue of $55.5 million) has admitted Adam Holzberg, Lisa Mela and Michael Rolls to its partnership.
Mela
Holzberg specializes in audits, accounting and advisory services for closely held companies and not-for-profit organizations as a member of the firm’s non-profit, health care and cannabis practices.
Mela is a member of the trusts and estates practice specializing in fiduciary compliance, estate and trust tax planning, fiduciary accountings, estate and gift planning, gift tax compliance, income tax planning and tax compliance for high-net-worth individuals.
Rolls
Rolls was formerly Sax’s CFO and now serves as partner and chief operating officer. As a member of the firm’s innovation and IT committees, he collaborates with staff on the firm’s digital transformation journey.
