Irvine, Calif.-based IPA 400 firm JLK Rosenberger LLP (FY21 net revenue of $10.9 million) has acquired Mark F. Wille CPA of Newport Beach, Calif.
Founded more than three decades ago, the Mark F. Wille CPA team serves developers, bankers and clients in the real estate, mortgage, construction and service industries.
