Reading, Pa.-based Herbein + Company has promoted Amy Klatt to chief marketing officer and Jack Kolmansberger to the newly created role of chief growth officer. Prior to their promotions, Klatt and Kolmansberger has served as the firm’s marketing director and chief marketing officer, respectively.
Klatt joined Herbein in 2010, specializing in strategic marketing initiatives, digital marketing, social campaigns, event planning, and communications and engagement. As chief marketing officer, she will be responsible for all aspects of marketing strategy, including brand management, integrated and content marketing, digital marketing and advertising, and sponsorships.
Kolmansberger joined Herbein in 2008 as chief marketing officer after serving for the previous 12 years as marketing director of a large Philadelphia regional CPA firm. He was inducted into the Association for Accounting Marketing’s Hall of Fame in 2018. As chief growth officer, Kolmansberger will lead the firm’s sales and business development efforts, working closely with firm, service and industry leaders on strategy and execution.
