Looking to grow its presence in Alabama, Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Mauldin & Jenkins (FY22 net revenue of $75.5 million) is merging in MDG Professional Group PC of Huntsville, Ala.

MDG provides auditing, accounting, tax and consulting services to individuals and businesses throughout northern Alabama. As part of the deal, MDG MP Ralph Dowdy and partners Larry Gilley, Stephen Moore and Regina McDaniel will all join Mauldin & Jenkins, along with their team.
