IPA 100 firm CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) (FY21 net revenue of $1.5 billion) is merging in Maumee, Ohio-based Gilmore Jasion Mahler (GJM) (FY21 net revenue of $20.3 million). The deal increases CLA’s Toledo-area presence to more than 150 professionals.

Founded in 1996, GJM provides assurance, business and transaction advisory, outsourced accounting, risk advisory and tax services across a range of industries, including construction and real estate, health care, manufacturing and distribution, non-profit, private equity and utilities.
