Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Grant Thornton LLP (FY21 net revenue of $1.97 billion) has elected Elliot Findlay, Ron Messenger and Chris Morgan as new members of the firm’s partnership board, which helps guide the governance of the partnership and determine the firm’s direction.
Findlay leads the firm’s M&A practice in advisory services and has more than 20 years of experience advising on domestic and international transactions. Messenger is an audit partner and also serves as the mid-Atlantic audit geography leader, overseeing the audit practice in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Morgan has more than 25 years of experience providing audit services for both public and private clients, with expertise serving public telecommunications and technology companies.
The partnership board also named current member Jim Wittmer as its chairman.
