Princeton, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Withum (FY22 net revenue of $425.3 million) is merging in Martinez & Associates of Winter Springs, Fla.
Founded in 1992, Martinez & Associates provides management advisory, tax and accounting services to local and multi-state businesses and individuals, with a specialized focus in the automotive, construction and manufacturing, and government contracting industries. When the deal closes on Jan. 1, the firm’s four team members will join Withum’s office in Orlando.
