Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Baker Tilly (FY22 net revenue of $1.31 billion) has appointed partner Travis Drouin to lead its technology industry practice. In this role, Drouin will lead a team that works with software and technology companies to develop strategies and navigate issues within each phase of the business lifecycle.
Drouin joined Baker Tilly in 2021 through the acquisition of Boston-based accounting and advisory firm The MFA Companies (MFA). During his 20 years at MFA, he focused on technology clients in the software-as-a-service, enterprise technology and consumer sectors. Prior to joining MFA, he was vice president of information systems at a billion-dollar venture capital firm.
“Travis is an experienced leader who understands what our technology sector clients are facing in this rapidly evolving, competitive industry,” says industries MP Brad DeNoyer. “His deep industry knowledge and passion for staying on the leading edge makes him the right leader at the right time.”
