Voorhees, N.J.-based IPA 300 firm Bowman & Company (FY21 net revenue of $17.9 million) is merging in Ragone Lacatena Fairchild & Beppel PC (RLFB) of Haddonfield, N.J.
RLFB provides accounting services to clients in a wide variety of industries. As part of the deal, RLFB’s George Beppel, Michael Burns, Marie Fairchild, Michael Lacatena and Deborah Spector have been appointed new directors in Bowman’s commercial services department.
