Timbo
St. Cloud, Minn.-based IPA 100 firm BerganKDV (FY21 net revenue of $83.9 million) has brought on Sailu Timbo as its new executive director of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Timbo comes to BerganKDV from a large Midwest retail company, where he served in various leadership roles for over 20 years, including leading the organization’s DEI efforts. In his new role, Timbo will advise and partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to develop and implement a firmwide DEI strategy.
