Calgary-based MNP is merging in Bailey Kearney Ferguson of Wallaceburg, Ontario, effective Dec. 1.
Bailey Kearney Ferguson provides accounting and tax services to clients throughout southwestern Ontario, working particularly with agriculture, manufacturing, mutual insurance, municipal and not-for-profit organizations. As part of the deal, the firm’s 10 team members will all join MNP, and partners Steve Outridge and Kevin Sabourin will be admitted as MNP partners.
“Southwestern Ontario is a prosperous and diverse economy with many vibrant communities stretching across a wide geography,” says Jared Bourne, MNP’s regional MP for southwestern Ontario. “We initially entered the region with just a handful of offices, nearly five years ago, but have constantly looked for opportunities to further our commitment to the area and are delighted to add Bailey Kearney Ferguson – a firm that shares our values and client-centric approach – into the fast-growing MNP fold.
