Reading, Pa.-based Herbein + Company has acquired organizational psychology firm Watterson & Associates Inc. (WAI) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
Founded in 1996, WAI partners with companies to manage employee development needs, including pre-placement evaluation, on-boarding and development, personalized coaching, and candidate assessment and training. The firm will initially operate as a Herbein division called Herbein | Watterson Talent Solutions; in January 2024, the division will operate as Herbein Talent Solutions. As part of the deal, WAI leader Gary Kustis and operations vice president Kristin Smith will join Herbein | Watterson Talent Solutions as partners.
