Dubuque, Iowa-based IPA 200 firm Honkamp Krueger & Co. (FY21 net revenue of $39.5 million) is acquiring two of the seven offices of Manchester, Iowa-based Gosling & Company PC. Honkamp Krueger will take over the locations in Cedar Falls and Parkersburg, Iowa, while Gosling will retain its other five offices.
“Their firm has a great reputation in northeast Iowa and has a close cultural fit with HK,” says Honkamp Krueger CEO Greg Burbach. “We both believe in serving clients with a personal touch while helping them be more profitable. It’s a great addition to HK’s presence and investment in northeast Iowa.”
