San Francisco-based IPA 100 firm Andersen (FY21 net revenue of $450.3 million) has brought on JeAnna Parker as a managing director in its commercial practice.
Prior to joining firm, Parker was a tax partner with PwC for 18 years. She has experience in the federal and international aspects of accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), including both acquisition and disposition tax accounting. She has also helped companies with their global compliance needs and process, and has assisted companies with worldwide structuring, cross-border financing, planning for M&A, and federal and state tax opportunities.
