Tampa, Fla.-based IPA 100 firm Schellman of (FY21 net revenue of $101.9 million) has appointed Bhavna Dave as its new chief people and culture officer.
Dave has more than 14 years of experience in human resources leadership positions. In her new role, she will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, inclusion and diversity, learning, succession management, engagement, compensation and benefits, health and well-being, and people solutions and systems.
