IPA 100 firm Eide Bailly is merging in IPA 200 firm Seim Johnson LLP of Omaha, Neb.

Founded in 1975, Seim Johnson provides accounting and consulting services to clients in Nebraska, the Midwest and across the U.S. When the deal closes on July 25, it will establish Eide Bailly’s first office in Nebraska, adding 20 partners and 70 staff to the firm’s ranks.
