Miami-based Abacus Worldwide, the international association of independent accounting, consulting and legal firms, has welcomed Pendas International PLLC of Austin, Texas, as its newest member.
Pendas focuses primarily on tax work – specifically on helping international companies with cross-border transactional planning and aids operations via subsidiaries – in addition to compliance and financial reporting services.
