New York-based IPA 100 firm PKF O’Connor Davies has launched a Latin America desk, a new service offering designed to connect leaders and experts from its New York City base with their counterparts in more than 40 offices throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
Offering tailored services in Spanish and Portuguese, the Latin America desk team draws on a deep understanding of the business, customs, culture and regulatory environment in the region’s business and investment centers to help clients with investment and transaction structuring, strategy formulation, tax optimization, and profit reinvestment or repatriation, as well as M&A and investment due diligence.
