Strengthening its presence in and around the nation’s capital, Winchester, Va.-based IPA 200 firm YHB CPAs and Consultants (FY20 net revenue of $32.8 million) is merging in Owings Mills, Md.-based Glass Jacobson PA.
Founded in 1962, Glass Jacobson provides tax, audit and consulting services to clients throughout the greater Washington metro area. As part of the deal, six Glass Jacobson principals and 54 staff members will join YHB and continue to work out of the firm’s existing Maryland offices in Owings Mills and Rockville.
