Chicago-based IPA 100 firm RSM US LLP (FY21 net revenue of $2.9 billion) has brought on Abay Zhunussov as its new deal analytics leader.
Zhunussov has 13 years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm, leading several teams of deal professionals and data scientists on a number of M&A transactions over the past 10 years. In his new role with RSM, he will be responsible for leading and developing the firm’s deal analytics team in the U.S., Canada and India, delivering industry-specific analysis to clients involved in M&A transactions and helping the data and digital services practice identify and pursue opportunities.
