Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) (FY20 net revenue of $81.8 million) has hired Christopher Naviaux as its new chief information officer. In this role, he will head up the firm’s ongoing digital transformation, leading technology strategy, compliance, cybersecurity and IT training.
Naviaux most recently served as CIO for Weaver Fundraising, where he provided fundraising solutions for non-profit organizations, including infrastructure and hardware and software applications supporting multiple business divisions. Prior to joining Weaver, he served as an executive consultant to Cummins, was a system administrator at Eli Lilly and Company, was a senior project manager for IBM and served as enterprise IT technical manager with KAR Auction Services.
