Knoxville, Tenn.-based IPA 100 firm PYA PC (FY20 net revenue of $55 million) has acquired an ownership stake in Crux Strategies of Nashville, Tenn., which now joins Realty Trust Group, PYA Waltman Capital and Intuitive MB as affiliate firms under the umbrella of PYA Enterprise.
Founded in 2015, Crux Strategies leverages business intelligence, issues management and data collection to inform business strategies in corporate strategy, health care compliance, government relations and more. As part of the deal, founder C. Timothy Gary and senior VP of government relations Matt King will retain partial ownership of the firm.
