Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY20 net revenue of $122.9 million) has acquired a division of outsourcing firm The Back Room of Pampanga, Philippines, with plans to bring on 82 new professionals for its new subsidiary, Aprio Philippines.
The Back Room specializes in outsourcing administrative, legal, marketing and accounting professionals. Aprio Philippines plans to utilize The Back Room’s cloud source technology to allow offshore employees to work alongside its domestic team, further building on a long-standing relationship between the two firms.
