Harper
Carmel, Ind.-based IPA 100 firm Blue & Co. LLC (FY20 net revenue of $92.3 million) has promoted Tom Harper to be its first chief growth officer.
As the firm’s business development officer since 2019, Harper has helped develop niche strategic plans, built a marketing team and created a thought leadership platform.
“[Tom] has come in and been the trusted advisor to our group while helping us navigate the complexities of building a business development engine,” says MP Brad Shaw.
