Enterprise, Ala.-based IPA 100 firm Carr Riggs & Ingram LLC (CRI) (FY20 net revenue of $331.8 million) is merging in Jensen Accountancy International LLC of El Paso, Texas, and Ricci & Company LLC of Albuquerque, N.M.
The addition of Jensen increases CRI’s presence in El Paso, while also allowing it to enter the Mexican market for the first time.
“Jensen Accountancy International joining CRI strategically makes sense as we continue to increase our footprint in El Paso and expand the audiences we serve,” says CRI chairman and MP William Carr. “Jensen will amplify our manufacturing and distribution offerings, as well as international commerce services, further strengthening CRI’s areas of expertise.”
Founded in 2007, Ricci & Company provides audit and accounting services to clients in and around the Albuquerque area, with a particular focus on the construction industry.
