Reading, Pa.-based Herbein + Company has acquired Cappelletti Pinter & Company PC of Pottstown, Pa., and The LaMastra Group PC of Royersford, Pa.
As part of the deals, Matthew Cappelletti Jr. of Cappelletti Pinter will join Herbein as a senior consultant, and Carl LaMastra of The LaMastra Group will join Herbein as a partner.
