Miami-based IPA 100 firm Berkowitz Pollack Brant (FY20 net revenue of $64.8 million) has promoted Angie Adames, Joshua Heberling and Karen Lake as directors.
Adames is a director in the tax services practice, focusing on tax and consulting services for real estate companies, manufacturing, high-net-worth individuals and closely owned businesses, and specializing in pass-through entities and real estate transactions.
Heberling is also a director in tax services, focusing on tax compliance and consulting services for closely held companies in the real estate industry, and specializing in complex partnership agreements and tax planning for real estate investors and developers.
Lake is a director in the state and local tax services practice, specializing in state tax risk, improving cash flow, and federal and state credits and incentives.
