HHM CPAs Announces Promotion of Chelsea O’Shields to Partner

Chattanooga, Tenn.-based IPA 100 firm HHM CPAs (FY23 net revenue of $64.5 million) announced the promotion of Chelsea O’Shields to partner. With this promotion, HHM’s partner group expands to 35 professionals leading the firm’s continued national growth. 

O’Shields’ journey with HHM began over a decade ago as a tax season intern. Her strong work ethic, commitment to professional development and passion for client service quickly earned her a full-time role in the firm’s tax department. Since then, she has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, bringing strategic insight and deep technical expertise to clients across a variety of industries. 

Over the years, O’Shields has led numerous tax and assurance engagements, focusing on customized strategies to help clients navigate complex financial matters and achieve their business goals. Her areas of expertise include identifying and applying state and federal tax credits, leveraging accelerated depreciation strategies and structuring mergers and acquisitions to maximize tax savings.
