Chicago-based IPA 100 firm RSM US LLP (FY24 net revenue of $4 billion) announced new members of its executive leadership team (ELT) as part of its succession planning and to bring forward new perspectives as the firm continues to build its compelling, digital and global future.
New members of the ELT include:
- Sam Mascareno will succeed Bill Gorman as COO
- Brandon Rucker will succeed Joel Shamon as enterprise assurance leader
- Stuart (Stu) Taub will step into a new role as enterprise markets and industry leader
- Ericka Foster, first deputy general counsel, will join the ELT
- Rod Reimann, enterprise sales leader, will join the ELT
- Maria Severino, enterprise tax growth and industry leader and Canada tax leader, will join the ELT
