IPA 100 firm CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) (FY23 net revenue of $2 billion) has appointed Scott Engelbrecht to be the firm’s first chief development officer. Engelbrecht, who has been an integral part of CLA for more than 30 years, brings his extensive experience and leadership to this newly created role, effective immediately.
Engelbrecht has been serving as CLA’s chief geographic officer, where he has successfully overseen the firm’s rapid growth in both the United States and in the CLA Global expansion. In his new position as chief development officer, he will focus on not only the firm’s organic client growth, but will also drive forward with greenfield opportunities to open new CLA locations and bring other firms across the U.S. into the CLA family.
