Dallas-based Springline Advisory, a business advisory platform backed by private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners, announced an expansion within its national executive team with the appointment of three experienced leaders: Hiral Rao, Brad Kuglin and Bryan Leuszler.
Rao joins Springline Advisory as the new senior vice president of global operations. In this role, he will be instrumental in establishing and managing the firm’s offshore accounting functions, leading the transition and pathway to Springline’s international operations and strategic capabilities. Her extensive background includes more than 20 years at EY, where most recently, she built and managed their offshore and nearshore practices — growing the organization from five to more than 300 people worldwide. Her expertise spans assurance, tax, global data and analytics, intelligent automation, and managed services.
Kuglin has been appointed senior vice president, head of commercial, where he will be responsible for framing the sales strategy, defining sales processes and cross-selling initiatives, designing and resourcing a client-centric business development organization, and driving elevated performance to accelerate sales and supercharge organic growth. Kuglin brings more than 15 years of professional services experience, starting his career as a CPA in public accounting before diving into consulting and advisory services.
Leuszler has taken on the role of vice president of corporate development, where he is responsible for acquisition and partnership development activities, defining the M&A strategy, deal sourcing and identification and managing overall transaction execution. He brings extensive M&A experience, having successfully led and executed a wide range of transactions throughout his career at Patriot Growth Insurance Services, Cohen & Company and MarshBerry.
