Rosen Sapperstein & Friedlander Promotes Leadership

Towson, Md.-based IPA 300 firm Rosen Sapperstein and Friedlander (RS&F) (FY23 net revenue of $16.9 million) has announced two promotions within their leadership team. Former director of operations Dave Myers will now serve as COO, providing oversight of the firm’s operational and administrative functions. In addition to serving as a strategic tax director for clients, Vadim Ronzhes will also serve as RS&F’s general counsel, leading and supporting legal matters and risk management.

As director of operations, Myers led the overall operations of the firm while putting emphasis on client engagement and employee experience. He has supported various digital transformation initiatives, overseen billing and collections procedures and enhanced project workflow.

Myers has over 10 years of leadership experience with responsibility for managing operations and process improvement. He served as VP of operations at a medical staffing company prior to joining RS&F, where he oversaw operational departments and assisted with increasing revenue.

Ronzhes is an attorney and CPA with experience in various tax compliance matters, tax controversy and M&A advisory. In his role as strategic tax director, he provided business advisory and tax structuring for businesses and families, as well as developed strategic tax plans for business transactions. Prior to joining RS&F, Ronzhes practiced law, focusing on federal and state civil and criminal tax litigation and administrative tax resolution.

“We are excited to announce these well-earned promotions,” said RS&F MP Jeff Rosen. “Both Vadim and Dave have done fantastic work in their respective roles since joining the team and I look forward to seeing them thrive in their new positions.”
