Long Beach, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Windes (FY23 net revenue of $57.5 million) announced that Jenny Rong has been admitted to the firm as a partner in its tax department.

Prior to joining Windes, Rong was a tax director for a Big 4 accounting firm. She brings more than 14 years of experience in federal and state income tax compliance of large, complex passthrough entities and international corporations. Rong provides strategic consulting services to partnerships, S corporations and high-net-worth individuals. She also specializes in domestic and cross-border transactions, including Section 1031 exchanges.
