Long Beach, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Windes (FY23 net revenue of $57.5 million) welcomes Maddy Rozo (Sander) as a partner in the firm’s tax department, effective Jan. 13.

Rozo brings more than a decade of experience in tax compliance, planning and consulting. She specializes in residential and commercial real estate. She has extensive knowledge of the tax implications of real estate transactions, credit and deduction opportunities, including purchases and sales of land and/or buildings, §1031 Like-Kind Exchanges, partnership interest transfers and purchases, Opportunity Zone Credits, Low-Income Housing Credits and cost segregation studies.
Rozo also provides tax compliance and planning services to high-net-worth individuals, including real estate professionals.
